Training

I follow proprietary training plans custom tuned to my objectives ( generally an ultra every few months ) and thus won’t elaborate on specifics. I use a Suunto Ambit first edition to log training variables. It’s 2 years old but sufficient for my needs and probably will be for the next few years.

Workouts are a mix of running, biking, eliptical training and swimming in addition to muscle/strength work and stretching.
